All natural wood pellets are poured into the hopper.
When the switch is flipped to On, the hot rod activates for about 4 minutes,
igniting the wood pellets in the firepot.
The auger automatically feeds wood pellets from the hopper to the firepot,
where convection air is added, acting like a miniature forge.
Heat and wood smoke surround the food, resulting in fantastic taste.
Drippings are channeled out of the cooking chamber
into an external bucket for easy disposal.
A three-position switch provides flexibility to outdoor cooking.
Grill on High.
Slow cook on Medium.
Hot-smoke food on Smoke.
Some units have multi-stage or digital thermostat control
allowing the grill to be used like a gourmet wood burning oven.
Approximate settings range from Smoking at 180 degrees
up to a Grilling temperature of 450 degrees F.
